Emery determines what Neymar needs to reach Messi

Paris Saint-Germain are set to play in the 10th round of the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.

"We still need time to continue adjusting and improving," Emery was asked at a press conference on Friday.

"He still needs time to adapt to his teammates, and our style of play needs to know how to deal with competitors."

"Yet he has the talent and the individual quality," he added. "It's Neymar and we'll do everything we can to help him achieve everything."

"We work with videos to look at what can be improved, how can he better position himself, work on quirks a bit better, and some things like that, and certainly he will improve," he said.

"Adaptation does not take a week, or 6 months, but it takes longer." Neymar is a great player, and our role is to help him grow and stay on the same path.

"He can help the team, he has a very good midfielder, he played at the international level as well, he is very capable, he is a very positive player," said Julien Draxler, who said his participation with the arrival of Mbabé and Neymar.

"In Spain, when you watch European football, especially in France, you know that Marseille and PSG are a big game, the players know it is a different game," he said of the match against Marseille.

"The French players in the squad confirmed the importance of the game, and players such as Verati, Tiago Silva and Marcinios know the atmosphere of such a game."
